Mental Health and Addictions Therapy For Adults

My approach blends evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a holistic, person-centered philosophy. I have a proven track record of helping clients uncover the root causes of their struggles, build healthy coping mechanisms, and reclaim their sense of purpose and well-being. I use a variety of tools drawing from many therapeutic approaches, such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My areas of expertise include a variety of issues, including anxiety/stress, substance use and misuse, relapse prevention, life transitions, identifying the core belief, identity exploration, codependency and communication enrichment/boundaries.

Life can be full of problems, anxieties, dead-end situations, or just feels empty sometimes.
